Your Role

As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base by promoting our comprehensive logistics services. You will work closely with businesses across various industries to understand their shipping requirements and provide reliable freight and supply chain solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through client visits, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Promote services including air freight, sea freight, road transportation, customs clearance, warehousing, and project logistics.
  • Prepare quotations and follow up on business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and emerging trends.
  • Negotiate pricing and service agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong customer relationship management abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Valid driving license is an added advantage.
