1. Purpose

This Code of Conduct defines the ethical, legal, and professional standards applicable to all employees, management, agents, contractors, suppliers, and business partners of Freight Associates Co.

This Code applies to all operations of Freight Associates Co. within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as well as all international logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, customs, and trade-related activities conducted by or on behalf of the Company.


3. Legal & Regulatory Compliance

Freight Associates Co. is committed to full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and international trade requirements, including but not limited to:

  • Laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
  • International customs and trade regulations
  • Applicable sanctions and embargo programs (including those issued by the United Nations, United States, European Union, and other relevant authorities)

4. Business Integrity

All business activities shall be conducted with honesty, transparency, fairness, and accountability.

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Fraud or misrepresentation
  • False or misleading documentation
  • Any unethical or dishonest business practices

5. Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption

Freight Associates Co. maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bribery and corruption.

The Company strictly prohibits:

  • Bribery or kickbacks
  • Facilitation payments
  • Offering or accepting improper advantages or inducements

6. Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

The Company prohibits participation in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or illegal financial activity.

All confidential information relating to the Company, customers, shipments, suppliers, and business operations shall be protected and shall not be disclosed without proper authorization or legal requirement.

All employees and authorized users are responsible for protecting Company information systems and digital assets.

Employees must:

  • Use only authorized systems and software
  • Keep passwords and login credentials confidential
  • Exercise caution against phishing emails and suspicious links
  • Refrain from installing unauthorized software
  • Use Company IT systems solely for authorized business purposes
  • Report cybersecurity incidents or suspected breaches immediately

The Company reserves the right to monitor its information systems to ensure security, regulatory compliance, and business continuity.


14. Health, Safety & Security

All personnel are required to:
